  Every AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire member gets their own ID card. Always carry it with you.
• Choose your primary care provider (PCP)
  Your PCP will be your family health care provider or the provider you see regularly.

  Search for a health care provider who accepts your new health care coverage.
