About the Wellness and Opportunity Center
From health tips to local resources, the AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire Wellness and Opportunity Center offers something for everyone. The Wellness and Opportunity Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is closed daily from noon to 12:30 p.m. for lunch.

To schedule an appointment, please call 1-603-263-6694. Your Care Manager can also schedule an appointment for you.
- Meet with your Care Manager in person.
- Schedule financial counseling.
- Discuss management of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or chronic pain.
The Wellness and Opportunity Center holds a variety of special events. These events bring neighbors together to learn more about healthy living.
