AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire provides members with the care they need, when they need it. This includes a wide range of benefits, such as transportation services, a 24-hour nurse advice line, telehealth behavioral services, and vision and hearing coverage. We also offer pharmacy, maternity care, and integrated care management benefits. Members are invited to take a brief survey and let us know how we’re doing. Your feedback counts. Bright Start is a special program for our pregnant members. When you join Bright Start, a case manager will call you. They will work with you to help you get and use program services. If your pregnancy is high-risk, a team of nurses and care connectors will check in with you often.
