AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire provides members with the care they need, when they need it. This includes a wide range of benefits, such as transportation services, a 24-hour nurse advice line, telehealth behavioral services, and vision and hearing coverage. We also offer pharmacy, maternity care, and integrated care management benefits. Members are invited to take a brief survey and let us know how we’re doing. Your feedback counts. Your answers are anonymous. Taking this survey is optional and won’t affect your benefits in any way.

From health tips to local resources, the AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire Wellness and Opportunity Center offers something for everyone.

  • Learn about plan benefits.
  • Visit our food pantry and Giving Closet.
  • Use telephones in private huddle rooms.
  • Get referrals to community services.

Our Wellness and Opportunity Center

CARE Card

Earn rewards* on your CARE Card by doing certain things that help you stay healthy.

*Eligible CARE Card program rewards may change. AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire will notify you before the changes happen. Some restrictions and limitations may apply. Earn up to $250 in cash and non-cash goods and services each state fiscal year ending June 30.

Pregnancy Program — Bright Start

Bright Start is a special program for our pregnant members. When you join Bright Start, a case manager will call you. They will work with you to help you get and use program services. If your pregnancy is high-risk, a team of nurses and care connectors will check in with you often.
